divers search for Wilie Jigba

There were several of our members that worked our short notice "SPECIAL REQUESTS GROUP" for WILLIE JIGBA who was missing since January 15th. We were called in on the case on the 20th and did our first canine search on January 23rd with four of our canine group showing interest on a specific area in the Tempe Town Lake. We continued our search on the 26th and had two additional indications from our canine corps that Mr. Jigba was in the exact location. Based on our findings we contacted the Tempe Fire Department Dive Team (TFDDT) and alerted them to the exact location of our search quadrants. After two days of diving we came up empty until this morning where the TFDDT located Willie deceased 30 feet from our search coordinates.
