I have to say that I was delighted to see that Morgan Hernandez was found safe and returned to her parents. It lifted me. For some reason, I had been very drawn to the case. What was odd for me was that it indicated that I had misread the cards I had pulled for her. Looking back over my own files I see that I had correctly pulled cards for fast movement and someone moving quickly to "grab her and go." However, the grab and go energy might have just been a boyfriend helping her run away and her own sense of wanting to "get out of there quickly."

I also got several hits that she was north and near an airport. Neither one of these can be looked at because information given by the authorities has been understandingly sparse. So, the whole thing has set me back a bit and caused me to reflect on what I might have been doing wrong. Unfortunately, I will never know if I was "right" or "wrong" on much of my reading.

I'm curious what others do when this happens? Does it rattle your self-confidence? Do you look at it as a way to improve your work? Vote up!.+17Vote down!.Authorities early Wednesday morning found a car north of downtown Athens that belonged to a Monroe man who has been missing since Sunday.

Investigators are not ruling out the possibility that 25-year-old Charles Stephen Parker was the victim of foul play, according to Jim Fullington, special agent in charge of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation’s Athens field office.

“As with every missing-person case, we are treating it with the possibility that there could be a crime involved,” Fullington said. “We don’t have any evidence of foul play at the moment, but it is suspicious.”

After attending church in Lithonia on Sunday, Parker drove to Athens to look at some business property he was thinking about purchasing, according to his brother, Patrick Parker. His brother currently works for Bank of America, but was planning on starting his own business, Patrick Parker said.

Athens-Clarke police found Parker’s black 2010 Chrylser 300 parked on the side of Hoyt Street near College Avenue early this morning, Fullington said. Also, someone found some of the man’s belongings and turned them in to police, the agent said. And, investigators located someone who saw Charles Parker in Athens about 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Fullington said.

GBI and Monroe police crime scene investigators are examining Parker’s car for evidence.

Charles Parker routinely is in constant touch with his wife and other family members, and it’s unlike him to not let them know where he is or not show up for work.

“Someone always knows where Charles is, so this is very much out of character for him,” Patrick Parker said. “I believe my brother is alive and we’re all praying we will find him.”

Family members planned to post fliers with the missing man’s photograph throughout Athens.

When he left home Sunday, Parker was wearing a black suit, black tie and white shirt. He is about 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs about 165 pounds.

The card that I have drawn is Number 19 - The Sun. The Sun card shows first and foremost the sun, center and filling the top third of the card. It has a pleasant face and 21 rays alternating wavy and straight, wavy and straight. For some reason I'm taking special note of the number of rays.. The sun is yellow and the sky behind it is a teal blue without clouds. The rest of the card consists of entirely foreground - there is no "distant" background to speak of. The foreground shows a naked child riding a white horse while carrying a very long bright red flag. The child has a red feather in it's hair and has blonde curls.

Behind the child on the horse is a wall as tall as the top of the horse's head, appearing to be cinderblock or brick or wood - a solid material with small striations or grooves and no spaces in between. A.E. Waite has suggested that behind this wall is a garden (ca. 1910).

Supporting this notion are four giant sunflowers growing behind the wall, their fat green leaves cascading over the top of it. The child has a smile on his/her face and has his/her arms open wide, right hand empty and left holding the flagpole with the long red flag on it.

The Sun card is said to represent "the passing from the manifest light of this world... to the light of the world to come" as well as one who has the innocent, pure, loving heart of a child. (A.E. Waite, ca. 1910)

The Sun card is Number 19 and 1+9 =10 (and 1+0=1) So the numbers 0,1, 10, 19, or 9 may be important here (especially ONE and NINETEEN, I have a "gut feeling").


Now, when doing readings for LOCATION I have to be careful not to read the card for other, different information, such as the CIRCUMSTANCES under which someone went missing. But from time to time a certain word or phrase will jump out at me from my favorite tarot guidebook, and I will include it anyway because of the intense feeling I get inside me when I read it in connection to a case.

In this particular case, that has happened -- "your psychic ability will be impeded"....

I am not entirely certain why this jumps out at me but I do know that when I initially read the opening few posts on this case on PCF, I got a great sense of "blackness" surrounding the entire case.. one which I have found it somewhat difficult to penetrate, which is part of the reason I felt compelled to do a tarot reading rather than trying to just "get" stuff by looking into Lauren's lovely eyes. I'm hoping to get more information this way than I was able to that way.

I definitely need to note that The Sun card is a Fire card - THE Fire card, perhaps - and Fire = South (I would be willing to guess DUE south is a real possibility with this card).

(In my readings I always ask where someone's earthly body is in relation to where they went missing/ their last known location, so we can guess this would be south of where Lauren went missing.)


SO we have numbers 1 and 19 (and perhaps 0, 9, and/or 10) AND perhaps 21 (21 rays to the sun) and the direction South all as being significant in relation to finding Lauren... This is akin to the many different ways we are shown our gifts- from the gentle "intuit" to easing in to a "remote" session, to letting a pendulum guide its way, the reading of cards, etc.... all the way to absolute possession of the spirit. These gifts we have are to be respected, honored, loved. Thank you for this gift.

How you open a session is personal. But staging a proper opening, and a proper closing to each session is important, and can mean everything to your overall health and well being. If you keep the channels open to receive ALL the time, you will be consumed. You will get sick. You will hurt. You will no longer be in touch with yourself. Your family will disappear (figuratively or in reality). It is so important to protect yourself from any of those events.

So, opening and closing your session is one of the most important things you can do- and doing so with words that resonate for you personally is also important. Finding your own way here. Personally, I always start my sessions by saying I am available to receive if there is anything that I am meant to receive. Please tell me in a way that I understand so that I can be of service to others. (the words vary, the intention is the same).

Taking time away to be at peace. At peace with yourself, your body/mind, your "life" outside the searching. It's ok, even recommended, to take pause. To stop. To check out of here for a little while... I've written other blogs that touch upon these things, you're welcome and encouraged to read back on those.

Many find the use of crystals to be very helpful in maintaining proper grounding. Rather than someone necessarily suggesting a crystal for you, I suggest you present yourself to a wide selection. Close your eyes. Breathe. Hold one in your hand. Which one gives you a sense of calm, peace, tranquility. Keep it near to you when you need "grounding"

Some prefer the earthiness of wood- life grown from trees. A sense of being "rooted" in the connection of wood to body/mind.

Rocks- rocks hold stories for eons. Holding a rock in your hands can deepen your connection to the earth. We can consider some rocks to be crystals, but not all crystals are rocks. If it speaks to you, it is yours.

Fetish's- if you have a calming fetish (an object, amulet, rock, crystal, wood, etc) that has a calming spirit presence for you... that is useful too.

Mala Beads- a string of 108 beads upon which you can meditate...

And meditate. It does not need to be complicated.... in fact, for the purpose of this, the least complicated the better. Being COMFORTABLE is key. And the focus is upon your breath. Start with just a few moments. Let a timer tell you when it's time to stop. Close your eyes and focus on your breathing. When a thought comes your way, it's merely a REMINDER to breathe. Breathe again. Having a timer can take the "thinking" of "how much time has passed" out of your mind. Trust the timer. Less is more in this case. A moment of meditation can be a lifetime of peace, in that moment.

Don't get stuck on dialogue. We can talk about prayer/meditation... it doesn't matter. It is what it is for you. It's a time of quiet where you're not making any requests upon anyone, nor holding expectation for anything to be put on to you. Just you, your breath and a moment.

You can hold your fetish, mala beads, rock, wood, crystal- whatever it is- while in meditation as well. Create your own "sacred" space and a time each day to do this. Dedicate yourself to this process.

These are just a few suggestions. Of course, there are many more. Best to choose a technique that resonates for you. It's more about the intention then the technique. If your intention is to seek grounding, then grounding you will find.

Removing metals from the body is in general a good idea- as the body/mind tend to react adversely to many metals... if you are fiding some type of metal reaction going on, it's common. I did not allowe metal to come in contact with my body for over 10 years... I can answer questions about that privately.

Sometimes it's impossible to avoid the metal contact. Myself in point- in a surgical process a metal screw had to be implanted. Every day I thank my spirits for protecting me and allowing me to accept this into my body. To adopt it as my own. And 5 years later, I forget it is here, till moments like this.

But watches, rings, talking on phones- all create a physical and physiological disturbance in my body/mind. So, I avoid it.

I am not sick. I am not that weird. I am just wired to be connected to different levels than western medicine understands.

So, breathe. Find your peace. Stay connected to yourself. In doing these things, you will be stronger, more available, more open to receive when you ask for information... and able to let it go when you turn your receiver off.

And the card which tarot has given in response to the question "where is Ian now in relation to his last known location at the apartment there in NYC?" is number 14 - Temperance.

The first thing that struck me is how similar the angel on this card looks in comparison to Ian, with his curly hair falling just below his ears.

This card is number 14, and 1+4=5 so the numbers 1,4,5, and/or 14 may be important here.

The card has on it an angel with his eyes closed, standing on the edge of a somewhat still pond/creek with one foot in the water and one on land, pouring water (said to be "the essence of life") from one golden cup into another. (This angel is supposed to look androgynous and it does, but I've always felt that it looks male.) In the middle of the white robe he wears there is a yellow triangle symbol within a white square. To me right now it represents some sort of sign in his surrounding area, maybe a traffic sign.

The background on the left side of this card - the side where the angel has his foot in the water - shows the sun shining brightly as it begins to set behind two mountains far in the distance. Between the mountains and the water source in the foreground, the land is rough and rocky, without vegetation. A path leads from the foreground to the background and in between the mountains, out of sight.

In contrast to the starkness on the left of this angel, on the his right side - where his foot is on land - there are tall green grasses growing with yellow flowers blooming on top of them - these flowers remind me of lilies.

The angel's wings look like eagle wings, and the word LIBERTY sprang into my head the second I saw them.

The angel has a circle in the middle of his forehead with a dot in the center, which is said to be the symbol for "sun" but right now I see it as a third eye - a window into another way of seeing, or mindset.


I find my eyes drawn repeatedly to the water as it flows from the cup on the right into the cup on the left.. I feel that somehow the narrow flow of water from one place into another place is significant here.


When reading one of my guidebooks about this card, the words "frugality" and "accommodation" jumped out at me, immediately making me think of a hostel.

Temperance is a Fire sign and fire means south, or perhaps in this case southwest.

I know I shouldn't read this card for anything other than LOCATION since that's what I asked for, but it seems important to note that this card sometimes can indicate that a past health issue has cropped back up again, so this seems important enough to note.

So.. in summary it seems like 1,4,5, 14, and southwest or at least south may be significant here, as well as other clues noted above.

One walks by my bed, the other goes to the window and looks outside. I think one of them was stereotypically chewing on a toothpick or something.

I am using the Major Arcana for this reading, and have asked Sherry to please help me choose the card that would most accurately help describe where she is located at this moment in time.

Before I go into the reading, I wonder aloud whether Sherry was a card player, because I felt strongly that she was waiting for me to stop shuffling the cards the way I do it, and start to REALLY shuffle the cards like you would with poker cards, for example. I felt like she was waiting for me to "stop cutting the cards over and over" and really shuffle already, it was sort of amusing to me. So I wonder that out loud because I have no idea about Sherry other than that she is missing and a shoe has been found.

So, the card that Tarot has given us is Number 5 - The Hierophant. This card shows a holy man sitting on a throne between two pillars.

He is wearing a red holy robe with white trim that has three crosses down the front and a tiny diamond shape at the bottom. He wears shoes that are white and each has a cross on it as well. There are two keys laying on the ground in front of him, crossed. He has a triple crown on his head He holds a staff in his left hand and holds his right hand up, making the sign for esotericism (this is what I have read that it symbolizes, but what it looks like to the eye is two fingers sticking up and the rest folded down).

There are two balding men kneeling before him, said to be ministers, each wearing an ornately designed shirt with what looks like tan overalls from behind. One has a white collar and one has a blue collar.

There are two strips of black and white checkerboard patterned areas on the floor outside of the holy man's feet.

The Hierophant is said to be related to the sign of Taurus, which is an earth sign. Generally speaking I understand earth to mean "east" but in this case I believe we need to look northeast. Northeast of WHAT is the question, but if I relate this information to my initial vision that I received when looking into Sherry's eyes, I would have to say that "northeast" may generally correspond to my vision of a patch of brush that was "straight ahead and to the right". To really understand this, one would have to refer to Sherry's thread here, but I'm sure most everyone reading this blog will have already done that so it shouldn't be a problem!

Also I believe that this card may indicate breathing issues and/or chest pain, but I have to be careful not to read this card for information other than that which I asked it to give me, which was in this case "Where is Sherry's earthly body located at this time?"


What I take away from this reading is that the numbers 2, 3, and 5 may be important here, and that a church property or other religious or "sacred" property or person of some sort (or even one of those crosses on the side of the road to indicate that someone has died there) could have significance in her current location as well. This could include a cemetery. Also, the direction east or northeast could be significant. I also want to note that I have done readings with this card before but have never before found myself noticing and focusing so much on the little diamond on his robe, nor especially on the checkerboard pattern on the floor (which immediately reminded me of an automobile racing flag, which made me think of someone driving at a high rate of speed).

I hope this can help in some way and regardless, above all else, I hope that Sherry is found very quickly so that her family can be relieved of this terrible sense of not knowing.

In the long run, what happened is that I became exhausted and learned a very powerful lesson regarding this kind of work; be careful how deeply you allow yourself to slide into the energy. It took a toll on me that I was not able to diagnose for weeks and it wasn't really until I received help from a friend in finding out where my energy had gone that I understood the extent of the damage.

Since then, I've backed away from looking into other disappearances. I also happened to go back to school to finish up my undergraduate degree which was a long time coming. As I look back over the year, I realize I do want to try this work again. I want to try and help. I guess you could say it's a calling that I am hearing. After the holidays I'll be trying to help out in a few cases but with a more generous dose of distance and psychic shielding.

Hopefully, I can be of assistance.
