Police searched the area and found a man lying in a wooded area about 250 yards away from the restaurant on East Innes Street. Police say the man had suffered burns, but they are not sure how he died. The victim has not been identified. He's described as a black man, about 5-feet-6, 140 pounds, wearing blue jeans, a red flannel shirt and a blue cap. Police say they found a 10-speed bicycle near the man's body.
