ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - Albuquerque police say a dead body has been found in a northeast city park.
Authorities are now trying to track down the person who called from a pay phone Tuesday afternoon and told police to search Luecking North Park where a deceased adult male was discovered at the bottom of a small hill.
Police believe the body was at the park less than 24 hours. They are calling the death suspicious because of some items recovered at the scene.
Medical investigators have been dispatched to determine the official cause of death. No other information about the victim has been released yet.
